Edgar Allan Poe Appreciation Day Blog Hop: A Tribute to Poe by Leigh S-B!

Welcome to my Edgar Allan Poe Appreciation Day Blog Hop!

Recently the Mayor of Baltimore declared Poe's birthday, January 19, an official city-wide Edgar Allan Poe Appreciation Day so I decided to celebrate with an impromptu blog hop!  The hop starts today and because it's spur of the moment this will be a progressive hop spanning over the next 5 days and you can join the hop at any time, no need to sign up!  You have until midnight PST on January 23 to join the fun!

Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda are sponsoring this hop, but ALL stamps of Poe and related imagery by other companies can be used, and one participating blog will be randomly selected to win a $10 gift certificate to spend at LCD/CV!  For all the info on how to join in the hop please click HERE!

Today I'm sharing a few of my E.A. Poe altered game art projects!

"A Tribute to Poe"
Domino Necklace and Coffin Trinket Box

Annabelle Lee, my Bleeding Edge goth doll, is modeling for me
Featuring my Zentangle Halloween/Autumn inspired rubber stamps called Autumn's Pencil.  This set was designed for Smeared Ink and is now available from me.
There's Egyptian-styled Vampire cats, a Raven, Pumpkins, a Witch's Hat, a large background plus a narrow border stamp too!  Look closely at all the details coz there's dripping blood, eyeballs and human teeth mixed in there too, oh my, Bwahahahahahaha!
For the domino I used:
A standard sized white domino, Autumn Pencil and Smeared Ink's Quoth the Raven, Pencil, Black Sharpie, Archival Jet Black Ink, 2 grey Memento inks, DecoColor Liquid Silver paint pen, Necklace/Brooch combo bail, silver chain, E6000 adhesive, Double sided tape, Delta Ceramcoat matte sealer, Black metal rose and alphabet embellies.

For the Coffin Trinket Box I used:
Wooden coffin trinket box, a scanned page from Tales of Mystery by Edgar Allen Poe, Archival Jet Black ink, Black Soot Distress Stain, Black Soot Distress Ink, Pencil, Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive, Inkssentials Black Enamel Accents, Black metal rose and alphabet embellies, Delta CeramCoat matte sealer and Black Pop Dots.

I made this cute lil Poe Domino for 12 Days of Creepmas 2015
featuring Smeared Ink's Poe

How about some Quoth the Raven POEfume!

Poe, A Tortured Soul
Hanging Halloween Domino Ornament also featuring Smeared Ink's Poe
